“Heartspeak” drifts like a lucid dream — soft synths, hushed vocals, and the glow of two extraordinary nights.

"Electronic Dream Folk from Scotland based in Kyoto" – this tagline already hints that Selkie wants to cross boundaries with her music. Her latest song, "Hours," immediately puts 1990s Björk in your mind, but then veers off into a sprawling ethereal soundscape without losing its pop sensibilities. Our Song Pick of the Day is out now and available as a cassette with three more versions on Bandcamp. Listen on Apple Music, Spotify, or below on Bandcamp: Hours, by Selkie1 track albumSelkieBandcamp
